About Me

I grew up in a small town in Kentucky called Brandenburg. Once I graduated high school, I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do career wise, so I ended up moving to Louisville where I took a job as a PC Sales Consultant with Best Buy. I sincerely enjoyed working there, and I did that for a few years. Eventually though, I took a job with Geek Squad as an Advanced Repair Technician. I thought that I had found something I wanted to do for a career, but eventually I hit a snag. I made my way to Geek Squad Manager, running a store and my own team. While I thoroughly enjoyed the work, I didn’t find the satisfaction in it I once did. I was replaying Dead Space 2 again (it’s a comfort game for me), it just occurred to me. Why don’t I do this for a career? I love video games, and I have since I was a kid. Some of my best memories were playing games with my brothers, and I was also watching videos and documentaries on different video games. It made sense to me. I then decided that’s what I wanted to do. I started saving money up, enrolled in school, and got to work.

Today, I work as a Desktop Support Technician for Medvantx. This work provides me with much more opportunity and free time to work on my own side project and games, as well as improving my skills as a designer and a developer. I’m excited for the next chapter in my career!

In short, I am an up-and-coming level designer with an unrivaled passion for video games and an ever expanding skillset!
